1. App and operator
YJ Studio (YJ Lab) provides Pack Day, an Android packing and shopping checklist for adults and parents planning trips, everyday outings and grocery shopping. This policy applies to package com.packday.app, including its closed test. It covers the current 0.3.3 release and the upcoming 0.4.0 update; version-specific ad placements are explained below. 2. Your lists stay in device storage
The app stores list names and dates, activities and weather choices, people’s nicknames and age categories, bags, item names, quantities, notes, packing assignments and status, outing history, return checks, shopping flags, custom templates, forgotten-item records, sticker totals, reminder settings, and preferences in its private device storage. These support checklists, recommendations, reminders, widgets, shortcuts, and backup and restore. The app does not upload these records to a developer server or include them in advertising requests. There is no developer-operated account, cloud sync, analytics service or remote crash-reporting service. Advertising and Google SDK processing are described below.
3. Google advertising and regional restrictions
The app includes Google Mobile Ads (AdMob 25.5.0) and User Messaging Platform (UMP). AdMob automatically collects and shares IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Google encrypts this traffic in transit and processes it under its own policies. Pack Day does not request precise location.
In version 0.3.3, one banner appears at the bottom of the templates tab when ads are available. Starting with version 0.4.0, a small banner appears above navigation on the Travel, Bags, Shopping, Records and Settings tabs, and on general bag-board/checklist screens. Shopping completion and checklist add-item actions remain above the banner, and content scrolls above the fixed footer. From 0.4.0, templates, before-leaving, return-check, focused bag-packing and kid-mode screens do not show ads. Ads never block a feature. UMP checks consent information when an eligible screen needs ads. Where UMP reports consent required or obtained, or privacy options required, including the EEA, UK and Switzerland, the app does not display a consent form or request ads. The region check itself contacts Google. Elsewhere, an ad request is permitted only after UMP reports consent not required and ads allowed. Release builds use the publisher’s configured AdMob identifiers. Development builds use Google’s public test identifiers. Google SDK traffic may occur in either case.
You can reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings. See the Google Privacy Policy, Google advertising information, and Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure. Google’s retention rules and your Google settings apply to its processing.
4. Sharing, imports and backups
Only when you choose to share, the app creates text, CSV, PDF, image, list JSON, QR codes or packing-state messages. Depending on the format, these may contain list names, nicknames, item names, notes, bags, quantities and packing assignments. Packing-state messages contain the list name, sender nickname, item keys and quantities or set-aside flags. QR codes can be read by anyone who sees them. A shared state is a manually applied snapshot, not live synchronization. The receiving app previews it before adding packing status.
You choose files, recipient apps and storage destinations using Android’s share or document picker. If you choose a messenger or cloud document provider, that provider handles the selected information under its own policy. Exported files and QR contents are not encrypted by Pack Day. Manage shared copies separately; deleting local records does not recall copies.
Manual backups contain app records and settings. Optional weekly backup writes only packday-auto-backup-a.json and packday-auto-backup-b.json in the folder you selected; the app never reads or deletes unrelated files there. Disable it in Settings. A full replacement restore first saves a local safety copy (up to three) and can be undone. Android automatic backup and device transfer are excluded by app configuration. Backup files you saved elsewhere must be deleted separately.
5. QR scanning, speech and purchases
QR scanning uses Google code scanner in Google Play services. Pack Day does not request camera permission or receive camera frames; it receives the scanned text. Google states that image processing occurs on the device and it does not store scan images or results. Google services may download scanner components and send API utilization and performance metrics. See Google code scanner and ML Kit privacy information.
Read aloud sends selected item names to the device’s text-to-speech engine. Processing, including possible online speech services, depends on that engine and your device settings. Pack Day does not operate a speech server.
The app includes Google Play Billing for an optional one-time remove-ads purchase when a product has been configured. This release has no configured paid product and cannot start a purchase. When enabled, Google handles payment details; Pack Day receives product and purchase information, including purchase tokens and ownership status, to verify and restore the purchase. A pending payment is not treated as ownership. Purchase ownership is stored on the device; the developer has no payment-card details. Google Play retains transaction records under its policies.
6. Permissions and visibility
Notification permission is requested only when setting reminders. Boot events restore enabled reminders after a restart. Timing can be delayed by Android power management; no exact-alarm permission is requested. Lock-screen public notifications use generic wording, while unlocked reminders, widgets, shortcuts and read-aloud may expose list or item text to people nearby. Internet, network-state, advertising and billing permissions support the Google services above; document access is limited to what you select. The app does not request contacts, microphone or precise-location access.
7. Retention, deletion, children and contact
Local records remain until you delete them, replace them through restore, clear app storage in Android settings, or uninstall. Deleted records may remain in an earlier safety copy until it rotates out or app storage is cleared. To remove all local data, use Android Settings → Apps → Pack Day → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall. Save any backup you need first. There is no online Pack Day account to delete. Exported files, shared copies, cloud-folder backups and Google-processed data require separate management.
Pack Day is directed to adults and parents, not children. Kid mode is a parent-supervised checklist view and contains no ads. We do not knowingly request children’s personal information for a developer service. Use nicknames instead of full names where possible.
If you email support, we process your sender address and message to respond and delete information no longer needed, subject to applicable retention duties. Do not send private lists or backup files unless needed for support. This website is hosted on GitHub Pages and is subject to the GitHub Privacy Statement. We update this policy and its effective date when processing changes and provide additional notice where required.

2. 기기에 보관하는 목록
목록 이름·날짜, 활동·날씨 선택, 사람 별칭·연령 구분, 가방, 물건 이름·수량·메모·담당자·담은 상태, 외출 기록, 숙소 떠날 때 확인, 살 것 표시, 내 템플릿, 잊은 물건 기록, 스티커 수, 알림·앱 설정을 앱 전용 기기 저장 공간에 보관합니다. 체크리스트·추천·알림·위젯·바로가기·백업·복원을 위해 사용하며, 개발자 서버로 업로드하거나 광고 요청에 포함하지 않습니다. 개발자 운영 계정·클라우드 동기화·분석 서비스·원격 오류 수집 서비스는 없습니다. 광고와 Google SDK의 처리는 아래와 같습니다.
3. Google 광고와 지역 제한
Google Mobile Ads(AdMob 25.5.0)와 User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 포함합니다. AdMob은 광고 제공·분석·부정 이용 방지를 위해 IP 주소(대략적 위치 추정 가능), 기기·광고 식별자, 앱·광고 상호작용, 진단·성능 정보를 자동으로 수집·공유합니다. Google 광고 통신은 전송 중 암호화되며 Google의 방침이 적용됩니다. 팩데이는 정확한 위치 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
0.3.3에서는 광고를 사용할 수 있을 때 템플릿 탭 하단에 배너 한 곳을 표시합니다. 0.4.0부터는 여행 준비·일상 가방·장보기·기록·설정 다섯 메인 메뉴와 일반 가방 보드·체크 화면에서 하단 메뉴 위에 작은 배너 한 곳을 표시합니다. 장보기 완료 버튼과 물건 추가 버튼은 배너 위에 있고, 콘텐츠는 고정 하단 영역 위에서 스크롤됩니다. 0.4.0부터 템플릿·출발 직전·숙소 확인·집중 가방 싸기·아이 모드에는 광고가 없습니다. 광고로 기능을 제한하지 않습니다. 광고를 표시하는 화면에서 광고가 필요할 때 UMP로 동의 상태를 확인합니다. EEA·영국·스위스 등 UMP가 동의 필요·동의 획득 또는 개인정보 옵션 필요로 보고하는 지역에서는 동의 양식을 표시하거나 광고를 요청하지 않습니다. 지역 확인 자체는 Google에 요청합니다. 그 외 지역에서도 UMP가 동의 불필요·광고 요청 가능으로 알려 준 뒤에만 광고를 요청합니다. 배포 빌드는 게시자의 AdMob 광고 ID를 사용하며, 개발용 빌드는 Google 공개 테스트 광고 ID를 사용합니다. 어느 경우에도 Google SDK 통신이 발생할 수 있습니다.
Android 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정·삭제할 수 있습니다. Google 개인정보처리방침, 광고 정보 사용 안내, Mobile Ads SDK 데이터 공개를 참고하세요. Google이 처리하는 정보에는 Google의 보관 정책과 사용자 설정이 적용됩니다.
4. 공유·가져오기·백업
사용자가 공유를 선택할 때 텍스트·CSV·PDF·이미지·목록 JSON·QR·담은 상태 메시지를 만듭니다. 형식에 따라 목록 이름·별칭·물건 이름·메모·가방·수량·담당자가 포함될 수 있습니다. 담은 상태 메시지에는 목록 이름·보낸 사람 별칭·항목 키·담은 수량·준비 표시가 포함됩니다. QR은 화면을 보는 사람이 읽을 수 있습니다. 담은 상태 전달은 사용자가 미리보기 후 반영하는 사본이며 실시간 동기화가 아닙니다.
Android 공유·문서 선택기에서 파일·받는 앱·저장 위치를 직접 고릅니다. 메신저·클라우드 문서 제공자를 선택하면 해당 서비스의 방침이 적용됩니다. 내보내기 파일·QR 내용은 팩데이가 암호화하지 않습니다. 앱에서 기록을 지워도 이미 공유한 사본은 회수되지 않으므로 별도로 관리해야 합니다.
수동 백업에는 앱 기록·설정이 들어갑니다. 선택형 주간 자동 백업은 고른 폴더의 packday-auto-backup-a.json·packday-auto-backup-b.json 두 파일만 번갈아 쓰며, 관련 없는 파일을 읽거나 삭제하지 않습니다. 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 전체 교체 복원 전에는 최근 3개까지 기기 내 안전 사본을 남기며 되돌릴 수 있습니다. Android 자동 백업·기기 이전은 앱 설정으로 제외합니다. 외부에 저장한 백업은 별도로 삭제해야 합니다.
5. QR 스캔·소리로 읽기·구매
QR 스캔은 Google Play 서비스의 Google 코드 스캐너를 사용합니다. 팩데이는 카메라 권한을 요청하거나 촬영 영상을 받지 않고 읽은 글자만 받습니다. Google은 이미지 처리가 기기에서 이루어지고 스캔 이미지·결과를 저장하지 않는다고 안내합니다. Google 서비스가 스캐너 구성 요소를 다운로드하거나 API 사용·성능 지표를 보낼 수 있습니다. Google 코드 스캐너와 ML Kit 개인정보 안내를 참고하세요.
소리로 읽기는 물건 이름을 기기의 텍스트 음성 변환 엔진에 전달합니다. 온라인 음성 서비스 사용 여부 등은 해당 엔진·기기 설정에 따릅니다. 팩데이는 음성 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
상품이 설정되면 광고 제거 일회성 구매를 제공하기 위한 Google Play Billing을 포함합니다. 이 배포 빌드에는 유료 상품이 설정되지 않아 구매를 시작할 수 없습니다. 구매 기능을 켠 경우 결제 정보는 Google이 처리하고, 팩데이는 구매 확인·복원을 위한 상품·구매 토큰·소유 상태 정보를 받습니다. 보류 결제는 구매 완료로 처리하지 않습니다. 구매 소유 상태는 기기에 저장하며 개발자는 결제 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다. Google Play는 자체 방침에 따라 거래 내역을 보관합니다.
6. 권한과 정보 표시
알림 권한은 알림을 설정할 때만 요청합니다. 재부팅 이벤트는 켜 둔 알림을 다시 예약합니다. Android 절전 정책에 따라 알림이 늦을 수 있고 정확한 알람 권한은 요청하지 않습니다. 잠금 화면용 공개 알림은 일반 문구를 쓰지만, 잠금 해제 후 알림·위젯·바로가기·음성 읽기에 목록·물건 이름이 표시되어 주변 사람이 볼 수 있습니다. 인터넷·네트워크 상태·광고·결제 권한은 위 Google 서비스를 지원하며 문서 접근은 사용자가 선택한 범위에 한정됩니다. 연락처·마이크·정확한 위치 접근 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.
7. 보관·삭제·아동·문의
기기 기록은 사용자가 삭제하거나 복원으로 교체하거나 Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 보관합니다. 삭제한 기록이 과거 안전 사본에 남아 있을 수 있으며 사본이 순환되거나 앱 데이터를 모두 지우면 제거됩니다. 전체 기기 데이터를 지우려면 Android 설정 → 앱 → 팩데이 → 저장 공간 → 데이터 지우기 또는 앱 제거를 사용하세요. 필요한 백업은 먼저 보관하세요. 삭제할 온라인 팩데이 계정은 없습니다. 내보내기 파일·공유 사본·클라우드 폴더 백업·Google 처리 정보는 별도로 관리해야 합니다.
팩데이는 성인·부모를 대상으로 합니다. 아이 모드는 부모 감독 아래 사용하는 체크 화면이며 광고가 없습니다. 개발자 서비스 제공을 위해 아동 개인정보를 의도적으로 요청하지 않습니다. 가능하면 실명 대신 별칭을 사용하세요.
지원 메일을 보내면 답변을 위해 발신 주소·내용을 처리하며, 적용되는 보관 의무를 제외하고 불필요해진 정보는 삭제합니다. 지원에 필요한 경우가 아니라면 개인 목록·백업 파일을 보내지 마세요. 이 웹사이트는 GitHub Pages에서 제공하며 접속에는 GitHub 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 처리 방식이 바뀌면 방침·시행일을 갱신하고 필요한 경우 추가 안내합니다.
