개인정보처리방침 / Privacy Policy

1. 적용 범위와 기기 내 기록

YJ Studio는 이사메모(MovingMemo, 이전 이름 집기록, Android 패키지 com.homerecord.app)에서 다음과 같이 개인정보를 처리합니다. 회원가입과 로그인이 없으며, 개발자는 이용자의 집 기록을 보관하는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.

집 주소·사진·메모·계약 정보·집주인 이름·이사 일정·계량기·하자 이력·자금 계획·비용과 대출의 이름·원금·이율·기간·상환 방식·첫 납부일은 기기에 저장됩니다. 선택한 국가·언어·통화도 기기에 저장됩니다. 기록 내용이나 금융 입력값을 광고 SDK·은행·공식 안내 사이트·번역 서비스에 보내지 않습니다. 계산은 기기 안에서 이루어지며 계좌 연결, 신용 조회, 대출 신청·중개·승인을 제공하지 않습니다.

2. 이용자가 선택하는 내보내기와 외부 연결

• 사진·PDF·ZIP 백업의 공유와 복원은 이용자가 직접 선택합니다. 백업에는 집 기록, 자금·비용과 대출 정보가 포함됩니다. 공유·저장 대상으로 고른 서비스에는 그 파일이 전달됩니다. 백업은 자동 클라우드 동기화가 아니며 ZIP 파일은 암호화되지 않으므로 안전하게 보관해 주세요.
• Android 클라우드 자동 백업에서는 앱 기록을 제외합니다. 기기 간 직접 전송은 운영체제 방식에 따라 가능할 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제·기기 변경 전에는 직접 백업해 주세요.
• 지도 보기·주변 검색·길찾기를 선택하면 입력한 주소나 동네 이름이 선택한 카카오맵·네이버 지도·Google 지도·AMap에 전달됩니다. 화면을 열거나 주소를 저장하는 것만으로는 전송하지 않습니다. GPS 위치 권한을 요청하거나 위치를 추적하지 않으며 사진·메모·금액은 지도 링크에 포함하지 않습니다.
• 공식 지원 정보 링크를 열면 외부 브라우저와 해당 사이트의 방침이 적용됩니다. 자금 계획과 입력한 금액은 링크에 포함하지 않습니다. 외부 사이트에 직접 입력하는 정보는 그 서비스의 방침을 확인해 주세요.

3. 광고와 문자 인식 SDK

Google이 처리하는 정보의 보유·삭제와 상세한 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침, 광고 SDK 데이터 안내, ML Kit 데이터 안내를 따릅니다. SDK 전송은 TLS/HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.

앱은 EEA·영국·스위스를 광고 제외 대상으로 설정합니다. 기기·선택 국가와 UMP 상태를 보수적으로 확인하며 동의·개인정보 옵션이 필요한 지역이나 확인 실패 시 광고를 차단합니다. 해당 SDK가 개인정보 옵션을 요구하면 앱의 더보기 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고 개인정보 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다. Android의 Google → 광고 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정·삭제할 수도 있습니다. 광고 제공 여부는 기록 기능을 막지 않습니다.

광고 제거 구매는 현재 보류 중입니다. 인앱 상품 조회·구매·복원을 실행하지 않으며 앱에 결제 정보를 입력하지 않습니다.

4. 권한

카메라는 사진 촬영, 알림은 이사 일정·체크리스트 알림에 선택적으로 사용합니다. 거부하면 해당 기능만 제한됩니다. 인터넷은 광고·동의 확인 및 선택한 외부 링크 연결에 사용합니다. 위치·연락처·마이크 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.

5. 보관·삭제와 이용자 선택

기기 내 기록은 직접 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다. 집을 삭제하면 관련 기록·대출도 정리되며, 더보기 → 개인정보 보호 → 전체 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제로 로컬 기록을 지울 수 있습니다. 개발자 서버에는 사본이 없습니다. 직접 내보낸 파일과 외부 서비스의 정보는 별도로 삭제·관리해야 합니다. 이용자는 앱에서 기록을 조회·수정·백업·삭제할 수 있습니다.

6. 아동·변경·문의

앱은 성인 사용자를 대상으로 하며 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지와 필요한 경우 스토어 등록정보를 통해 알립니다.

1. Scope and records on your device

YJ Studio provides MovingMemo (이사메모, formerly 집기록; Android package com.homerecord.app). There is no account or sign-in. We do not operate a server that receives your home records.

Your home address, photos, notes, contract details, landlord name, moving dates, meter readings, issue history, funds, costs and loan names, principal, rate, term, repayment method and payment dates stay in the app's storage on your device. Country, language and currency preferences are also stored locally. Record contents and entered financial amounts are not sent to advertisers, banks, resource websites or translation services. Calculations run locally. The app does not connect bank accounts, check credit, accept or broker loan applications, or approve credit.

2. Sharing and external services you choose

• You choose when to share photos, PDFs or ZIP backups, and where to send or restore them. Backups include your records, funds, costs and loans. The receiving service handles the file under its own policy. There is no automatic cloud sync. ZIP backups are not encrypted; store them securely.
• App records are excluded from Android cloud backup. Direct device-to-device transfer may depend on the operating system. Make your own backup before uninstalling or changing devices.
• When you choose map search, nearby search or directions, your entered address or area is passed to the selected KakaoMap, Naver Map, Google Maps or AMap service. Merely saving an address or opening the map screen does not send it. The app does not request GPS location or track you. Photos, notes and financial amounts are not included in map links.
• Official housing and funding links open in an external browser. We do not attach your financial plan or amounts to these links. Information you enter directly on an external site is governed by that site's policy.

3. Advertising and text-recognition SDKs

Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform may process advertising and app-set identifiers or other device identifiers, IP address and approximate location, app launches and ad interactions, and app/SDK diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and privacy choices. The app requests non-personalized ads; this does not mean the SDK collects no information.

Google ML Kit may process device and installation identifiers, device/OS details, app package and version, performance and API usage metrics for diagnostics and usage analytics. Meter text recognition runs on-device: the meter photos themselves are not sent.

Google handles its data under the Google Privacy Policy and its Mobile Ads and ML Kit disclosures. SDK transmissions are encrypted using TLS/HTTPS. Google's policies govern retention and deletion of data it handles.

The app excludes the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland from ads. It conservatively checks selected/device regions and UMP status, blocking ads when privacy choices are required or status checks fail. If the SDK requires a privacy-options entry point, you can open More → Privacy → Ad privacy settings. You can also reset/delete your advertising ID in Android's Google advertising settings. Record features remain available without ads.

Ad-removal purchases are deferred. This version does not query in-app products or start purchase/restoration flows, and does not ask you to enter payment details.

4. Permissions

Camera access is optional for taking photos. Notifications are optional for moving-task reminders. Declining them limits the related feature only. Internet access supports ads, privacy checks and the external links you choose. No location, contacts or microphone permission is requested.

5. Retention, deletion and choices

Local records remain until you delete them. Deleting a home removes its related records, including loans. Use More → Privacy → Delete all data, or uninstall the app, to remove local records. We have no server copy. Exported files and data handled by external services must be managed separately. You can view, edit, back up and delete your records in the app.

6. Children, changes and contact

The app is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. Policy changes will be posted here and, when needed, in the store listing.
